What is the recommended oil weight for a Ford F150 with 210,000 miles?

Ford generally recomends 30 and maybe heavier for hot weather... but seriously the type of oil and your filter are more important at that point and that is determined by the condition of your truck and what kind of use is normal and/or intended. What is the recommended oil weight for a Ford F150 with 210,000 miles?
Depends on Temp outside , I run 20-50W in summer and 10-40w in winter. I has worked great for the last 25 years for me , and I build engines for a living. What is the recommended oil weight for a Ford F150 with 210,000 miles?
Same thing I use on 92 Roadmaster with 160,k miles.

Mobil 1 full synthetic 10w30 (I live in GA)

and Fram oil filter.

It's a Ford, any leakage? Lucas products work well.
It really depends on what kind of climate you live in. If you are in the south, 10W40 or 20W50 will do year 'round. When I was working in Illinois in February those were a tad thick, and 5W30 would have been a better choice. If in doubt, there is a temperature to oil viscosity chart in your owners manual. The best way to choose an oil weight is based on ambient temperature.
Fram oil filters are the most overpriced and cheaply made filters available

Slick 50? want to kill your engine faster? you need no additives

Whats wrong with what you've been using? Stick with that if everythings doing fine.... no need for a high mileage oil or some such stuff..... when what you've been using has served you well and will continue such.
10W30 and add slick 50
I've sold fords for 12yrs.If i were you I would check out info on a amsoil @ www.pao-oils.com! If your not interested in that then for sure use a synthetic with a weight of 5w30 to10w40 year round depending on the climate and the weather conditions you live in!
