Do vitamins b100,magnesium,flax oil, alpha lipoic acid, cinnamon, cayenne fruit cause weight gain?

sometimes i can have bowel movements and sometimes i can';t ,most vitamins give me diarreha, i also take valiums and vicodans and i know they don't help, but i also have I.B.S. and nothing seems to work for very long.Do vitamins b100,magnesium,flax oil, alpha lipoic acid, cinnamon, cayenne fruit cause weight gain?
Cinnamon will not cause weight gain. It is powdered tree bark -- all fiber -- and you won't ever eat enough of it for the calories to show up. Vitamins don't cause weight gain, either. I think part of the definition of 'vitamin' is that it is a nutrient that doesn't provide energy like fats, carbs and proteins do. (Vitamins can provide energy by helping your body use the other stuff, but that is different -- vitamins contain no calories.)

Flax oil, because it is an oil, contains calories, but seriously, how much flax oil are you talking about here? Surely not enough to add more than 10 calories or so to your diet each day... That isn't going to make you fat.
