I researched it online, and apparantly is a good combo
if you have irregular periods etc, but it seems like a lot - however
I would only be taking so many of them untill i get results.
I would also be taking a ACE vit complexIs it ok to take a multi-vit,topped up with Magnesium, Vit B complex, selenium, linseed oil and agnus castu?
As long as you aren't getting too much of any of those nutrients with the combination, that's not a problem at all. Most multivitamins don't have a huge amount of Magnesium or Calcium (as those tend to be best when taken separately), but many have a good amount of Selenium and the B Vitamins.
You want to be careful about getting too much Selenium... typically 200 mcg is the maximum recommendations. As far as the B Vitamins, they are water-soluble, so your body will excrete out what it can't use. Because of that, it's best to take a B Complex separate from the multi so you can get the maximum benefit from the Bs in both of them.
I would also recommend against taking an ACE Vitamin complex in addition to the multi because it will already have Vitamin A and Vitamin E which are both fat-soluble and can build up to toxic levels in the body if you take too much.
You can definitely take the Linseed (aka Flaxseed) Oil and Agnus Castus (aka Vitex or Chasteberry) as those wouldn't interfere with a standard multivitamin. The Vitex would help the most with periods, too.
Good luck and I hope I helped!
