A label reading 0 grams trans fat means it has less than half a gram trans fat per serving. The product might have as much as 0.49 grams and still list zero. One serving per day probably wouldn't m,atter, but three or four might. It's probably a good idea to limit foods that list hydrogenated oil as an ingredient, even if they say 0 grams trans fat, but I don't think you have to absolutely eliminate them.

If the ingredients read that s/t has hydrogenated oils, but the nutrition facts claim 0g trans fats...?
