What weight oil should I be running in my Shadow 1100?

I live in MN. When the temp is in the 60's it tends to not start as easily as when it's warm. Would using a different weight of oil help this? If so, what weight would work best. What weight oil should I be running in my Shadow 1100?
10w40, 15w40, 15w50, 20w50 are usually the preffered grades.

Temps in the 60's are not cold and any one of the above grades will be completely fluid.

All carburated engines are a little bit harder to start in cooler temps. EFI can compensate for cooler, denser air, carburators cannot. You have to manually compensate with more choke and longer warm-ups.What weight oil should I be running in my Shadow 1100?
Use 10w40 from 32-70 degrees and use 20w50 from 50 on up. The temperatures overlap so as you can use the one oil longer if needed.
10w40

Dont do what I did. 10w-30 will cause the clutch to slip bad.
