there is technology out there that can replaced our need of oil that is a fact. i do realize that at the beginning it would be a hard to change. but it could be made, now given that whyt do we still use oil.It is a fact that we do not need oil.?
In that statement there are a lot of false thinkings. Have you noticed how many products are made from oil? From the tar used on roads and roofing products, to plastics used in almost every consumer product. Saying we don't need oil at all is false in itself. To say we don't need oil as a fuel is a different subject. There are many alternative sources for fuel. In the electrical sense there is wind power, hydroelectic plants, even nuclear power plants that don't need oil, but oil products would be used for lubrication. For cars there are alternative power sources that still are decades from being cheap enough to be used in production cars. An electric powered car will still use oil products for lubrication of moving parts. But these same electric cars have more hazardous products in their manufacture (lead acid batteries) There will always be a need of oil or oil based products. It is a fact that we do not need oil.?
yes I wonder about that too, GM has a car now that does not need oil at all, I only wonder whatever it uses who else is going to have us by the balls and charges us trough the nose for whatever that car runs on
PEOPLE ARE LAZY! we feel we need to change, just lack the initiative to do so
I think its because there's a good market for oil. Other technologies don't generate money as oil do.
So instead of making you pay a 1 time fee for something like a solar panel which will then take its energy freely from the sun. They make you pay first for something that need oil then make you pay again every time you need more oil.
We don't need tires either.
Passenger freight was really big in the 1800's.
Hemp makes better paper.
We don't need insurance.
Bread should come by the slice.
Soda only costs like 3 cents to make.
DVD's are cheaper than cassettes.
Women think sex is annoying.
Etc.
We choose oil because it's the easy way out, and it's part of the big scam.
