any help would be greatly appreciatedOil/Gas Facts Report?
It's too damn expensive, and us Brits are being ripped off big style.Oil/Gas Facts Report?
If you are asking about natural gas, it is the cleanest, most available energy for U.S. in the next 40 year span. Natural gas is used in a mix with coal. 25 percent natural gas, 75 percent coal in the production of electrical power. If you are talking about gasoline, then the main issue the U.S. failure to build more refineries to provide a an adequate supply of gasoline to the U.S. motorist. Oil is broken into to general classes: heavy sour and light sweet. Light sweet is generally much cheaper to refine into gasoline. The world price of oil has dropped from $147 to approx. $50 a barrel since July 11, 2008. The world economic recession naturally causes the price bid for commodities to contract, or decline. The effect on Venezuela and Russia has been severe and sudden, as they are the two major oil exporters to the world. Hugo Chavez, President of Venezuela, needs oil to be trading at $75 per barrel to make money on its nationally owned oil and gasoline production. So, at $50 per barrel, Chavez might be regretting his decision to takeover the operations of the U.S. oil companies. Your teacher will deduct from your grade if you include negative reference to Chavez or Putin. Coal is vital to our electrical power generation. Again, your teacher would not like you for supporting coal as it contrary to Green teachings. So, pick and choose from among the facts I have filed with you.
